Many divers ask, how advanced should I be before taking on the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course? In truth, you dont need to be Advanced to take this dive course! The purpose of AOW is to Advanced your current dive knowledge, refine your style and dive skills. You can begin advanced training once you complete the PADI Open Water Diver Course or any other entry level diving course. Its best to progress straight away as you're less likely to adopt bad habits and can enjoy your scuba diving more with confidence. Taking the Advanced PADI dive course in Pattaya with us will mean focusing you on getting your buoyancy perfect, expanding your diving experience in deeper waters and builds new knowledges in areas your interested in aswell as on top of what you learned during your PADI Open Water Diver course. We will take you diving in Pattaya and Samae San on five exciting Adventure Dives (two core & three elective dives).
The course generally takes 2 days & includes full scuba equipment, boat refreshments and lunch.

Day 1 - 08.00 AM: Adventure Dives 1,2 and 3
Day 2 - 08.00 AM: Adventure Dives 4 and 5
Unlike the open water course there are no long video sessions just KD
Includes: Training Material, Full dive equipment, Tea, coffee and water, Lunch and fruit, PADI instructor, PADI certificate
Adventure dives are conducted at the Pattaya and Samae San Islands

(Part 1): TheoryStudents are required to answer the questions in each knowledge review with the use of the Adventures in Diving Manual. The manual is available online if students wish to study in advance of arriving.

(Part 2): Open Water Dives There are 5 Adventure dives in an Advanced Open Water Diver course. Compulsory Dives which are Deep Diver & Navigation Diver as well as Elective Dives from which you may pick 3 dives from these options depending on schedules:
Dive Options Peak Performance Buoyancy Fish identification Wreck Diver Night Diver Underwater Naturalist Digital Photography Search and Recovery Computer and Multilevel Enriched Air (Nitrox)

Diver must meet the follow Prerequisites to take this course:

Must be over the age of 15 years
Must be healthy to dive
Must be a certified open water diver

Guests should book at least one day before the trip date Booking registrations can be made directly at the dive center anytime until 9pm the night before. Students are required to complete the PADI Student record File and PADI Medical Statement

A deposit payment through our website will reserve spaces for this trip
Final payment can be made at the dive center prior to trip departure

In the event that a student cannot complete the course we shall only charge to the portions of the course that have been conducted.
